Can I get a catalog?
Catalogs are only sent to our approved retailers. Most retailers are more than happy to allow you to browse their catalogs. A limited selection of jeans, shirts, hats and knives are showcased in Cinch Fashion.

I know the style of shirt/jean that I want, but the retailer in my area doesn't carry it. What should I do?
Contact your local retailer. If we have the style available, the retailers can special order the item for you.

The button on my jeans/shirt came off, can I get replacement buttons?

I have a quality issue with a Cinch product, what do I do?
Cinch has a 100% guarantee against product defects. Please return your item to the store or online retailer where you bought it for an exchange. If you can't get to the store where you bought it, please return it to your nearest Cinch dealer.
