Official Rules NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 1. Eligibility: CINCH® Ride to the Finals (the Sweepstakes ) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and representatives of Rocky Mountain Clothing Co., a division of Miller International, Inc., and their respective related companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all federal, provincial, state and local laws and regulations. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Void where prohibited by law. Winner has also to be in good standing with the USTRC 2. Sponsor: Rocky Mountain Clothing Co., a division of Miller International, Inc, 8500 Zuni Street, Denver, CO 80260 (the Sponsor). 3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and USTRC, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. 4. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00am. Mountain Time (MT) March 1, 2013 and ends at 12:00 pm MT, August 31, 2013 (the Promotion Period). 5. How to Enter: To enter go to www.cinchjeans.com/ridetothefinals and follow the links and instructions for entry. After you have fully completed the entry form and have submitted the required information, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. One (1) entry per person, per valid email address, during the Promotion Period ( Eligible Entry or Eligible Entries ). All online entries must be received during the Promotion Period. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant ( Entrant ). The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Entrants may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. 6. Drawing Prizes: Sponsor will conduct five (5) Prize drawings at the conclusion of the contest from amongst all Eligible Entries received in accordance with these Official Rules. Sponsor decisions as to the administration of the Sweepstakes and the selection of potential winners are final and binding. Drawings will take place at the close of the business on August 31, 2013. All Eligible Entries must be received by 12pm (MST) August 31, 2013 in order to be eligible for the drawing. The Winners from the drawing will have his or her name and home city announced on Association partners and CINCH websites, as well as industry related publications. Winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and the actual award of any prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements (including the Winners executing the Release, Waiver, and Assumption of Risk and the Publicity Release (collectively the Release ). Winner will be notified by email using the email address provided by the Entrant on any official entry. In order to receive a Prize the Winner must sign and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility and the Release within three (3) days of the date of notice or within three (3) days of the date Sponsor attempts to notify the Winner. If the Winner cannot be notified within three a (3) day period or fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within the three (3) day period, the Winner shall forfeit any and all prizes. In the event that the Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will seek to award the applicable prize to an alternate Winner. All prizes will be awarded subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. 7. Prizes: Five Prizes: The each of the five prizes consists of: Four-nights lodging (double occupancy) in Oklahoma City at a nearby hotel. Winner will receive 4 nights of hotel accommodations provided by USTRC. Approximate value is $320. Actual value may vary due to taxes and room rates Two VIP horse stalls for four nights during winner's stay. Winner receives two stalls for four nights provided by USTRC. Approximate value is $160. $500 to be applied toward the entry fees of the roper s choice (provided by USTRC) VIP Parking on the fairgrounds during winner's stay. Winner receives one parking pass for four days provided by USTRC. Parking will be provided in the USTRC Staff parking lot directly beside the main arena. A year supply of Cinch Jeans and Shirts (provided by CINCH). Winner will receive twelve pairs of jeans and twelve shirts from Rocky Mountain Clothing Co., a division of Miller International, Inc. Approximate Retail Value ( ARV ) of Prize is $1600 USD. Actual value may vary based on styles of jeans selected. Cinch Goodie Box will arrive upon winning (provided by CINCH). 8. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes a Winner's consent to Sponsor's use of a Winner's name, image, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional and marketing purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. 9. General Conditions: Sponsor and USTRC reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award any remaining prizes at random from among the Eligible Entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or upon Sponsor s belief said individual is in violation of any state or federal law or regulation, or is acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to prosecute and/or seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 10. Release: BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS ROCKY MOUNTAIN CLOTHING CO., A DIVISION OF MILLER INTERNATIONAL, INC., EACH OF THEIR RELATED AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IN ANY RESPECT.
