Danger driven cowboy, Ross Coleman, takes his bull riding to the extreme. It’s the thrill that Coleman seeks in bull riding, which gives him the best of both worlds: fun and success. Coleman began entering PBR events in 1999, and by 2001 he had attached his name to the richest eight seconds in bull riding history after successfully riding Jerry Nelson's bull Copenhagen Tuff-E-Nuff for a score of 93 during the Mossy Oak Shootout. The ride awarded him $100,000. But his success didn’t stop there. He has finished in the PBR top ten standings every year since 2000 and earned the PBR Reserve World Championship in 2002. This 2008 season has started with a bang as Coleman is on track to win his first PBR World Championship and the Million Dollar Bonus.
With his adrenaline craving personality, Coleman is what we like to call an extreme cowboy. If he is not trying to tame the bulls, then he is out on the wakeboard challenging the water, taunting a mountain on his snowboard, or jumping out of a plane. Still, Coleman remains a cowboy at heart, following his father and role model, Steve Coleman. Growing up on a ranch in Clackamas County, OR, Coleman learned his no fear attitude from his father and has implemented it into everything he does. If you are in need of some extreme entertainment, make sure to watch this extreme Cinch Rawhide Syndicate member as he attempts to triumph over his next adrenaline rush.
