This limited warranty applies to CINCH, CRUEL, and MILLER RANCH products manufactured and distributed by Miller International. We warrant that product purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase subject to the following:
1/ The product must have been purchased from an authorized dealer.
2/ The product must be returned to Miller International at the customer’s expense (unless other arrangements satisfactory to Miller International have been agreed upon).
3/ Authorized Miller International personnel have inspected the product(s) and determined that the product(s) is defective. Defect is defined as a shortfall in the product to perform within Miller International tolerances and standards.
This warranty does not cover products that have been altered or that have been damaged by any of the following: shipping, misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, unauthorized repairs or alterations, abnormal usage, improper care and cleaning, normal wear and tear and all acts beyond Miller International’s control.
Normal wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your Miller International product, it will eventually begin to show age and wear.
Upon satisfaction of each of the foregoing conditions and requirements, Miller International shall replace the defective product with a comparable item as determined by Miller International in its sole and absolute discretion. Our responsibility for defective goods is limited to replacement. If you are seeking a refund please visit the authorized dealer where you purchased the item.

1/ To visit the authorized dealer where you purchased the item. All items returned to the authorized dealer will be subject to the dealer’s inspection and return and exchange policy.

4/ To provide the reason for the claim
